What is life coaching?

“In the role of catalyst for change, coaches demonstrate dissatisfaction with the status quo and question routines with inquiry. By making observations, stating their point of view, and inquiring into practice, coaches erode stagnant … and unchallenged routines to spark analysis, reflection, and appropriate change.”

-Jim Knight, Coaching Approaches and Perspectives

As a life coach, I’m here to do three things:

help you outline your goals

help you align your vision with what motivates you

help you use the conflicts in your life as sources of growth

Are you ready to begin your climb to success?

I see rock climbing as the perfect metaphor for a successful life. Before you start to climb, you need to figure out where you’re going and how you’re going to get there. When you’re climbing, you need to keep moving and remember that ‘letting go’ is not giving up. After you make it to the top, you need to have a plan for what to do next and when to do it. ‘Getting to the top is just a part of it — it’s about each step along the way’
